Beet, Tomato, Kanda Koshimbir



Ingredients:
1 cooked Beet peeled and chopped into small cubes
1 small Tomato chopped into cubes
1small onion chopped into cubes
¼ cup chopped coriander
1tsp lemon juice
A pinch sugar
Salt for a taste

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in the bowl and koshimbir is ready.
